​We will send you a breakdown of any costs incurred during your trip including the cleaning fee (estimated at $750 to $1000 to clean the entire house - yeah, I know it is crazy but the labor shortage in Big Sky is unreal and cleaning services are impossible to get).

Moonlight Property Management will prepare the house for your arrival including cleaning and prepping the hot tub.  They will also do a walk-thru after. We’ll pass along any costs related to Moonlight Basin/Property Management but it is typically $500/week including cleaning and preparing the hot tub.

We don’t charge rent for the house with our friends and family; we are pumped that you can experience Big Sky and the surrounding region. If you want to make a donation to one of our favorite charities in lieu of some form of rental charge, it is obviously greatly appreciated but also not necessary.
